Create a ticket service in Pixie CRM. Open Services from Setup and Support, then choose New Service. Ticket services classify the topic of a support request; this example adds a training option without creating a ticket.
Enter Website guidance, marked as Training. Choose a label that your team can use consistently when classifying support requests. This service label is separate from a priced invoice item or a mailbox connection.
Choose Save and confirm the new service in the list. The service option is stored for future support tickets. No ticket is created, no customer is contacted and no billing record is added.
Open the saved service using its name link. The training label is retained in the Edit form. Review your existing service labels before adding more, then choose the appropriate service when logging a real support request.
