Communications integration

Keep business messages connected to the customer journey.

WhatsApp can be useful when a customer expects a timely service update, but the message still needs context and an accountable sender. Pixie CRM's WhatsApp workflows can be scoped around the business conversations you need to support, including appropriate permissions, template requirements and a clear route for customer replies.

Choose a specific conversation to support

Start with a defined use case, such as a requested appointment update, an outstanding information reminder or a service notification. Confirm the information the customer expects and the source of the destination number. Review applicable provider requirements and permission rules before enabling automated delivery. Keep the wording useful and proportionate, and avoid including sensitive information that does not belong in a short message.

Give replies and delivery problems an owner

A reminder may prompt a question, a correction or a request to stop messages. Decide how those responses reach the team and how communication preferences are updated. Record enough context to understand which workflow produced the message, while keeping access appropriate. Confirm the business account, provider connection, template approval process, charges and supported conversation handling during implementation; a messaging connection alone does not establish a complete service process.

Useful answers

What you might
be wondering.

Practical details for a better informed conversation.

Can we send any message to any contact?

No. The workflow must respect the customer's permissions, applicable rules and current provider requirements. Review the intended message types and audience before deciding what can be automated.

Will customer replies become support work automatically?

Reply handling depends on the agreed configuration. Specify whether a response should update a conversation, create a task or enter a support process, and confirm who owns messages that do not match an expected case.
