Essential website functions
The enquiry form uses a secure session to keep email verification, submission and receipt recovery connected to the same browser. Account sign-in has its own session requirements. Saving a privacy choice stores a preference in your browser for up to 180 days. Essential state is not permission to enable optional analytics.
Analytics
When allowed, the visitor service can collect public-page visits and browser or device context to help understand website use. The public marketing integration removes query strings and URL fragments from the page address it sends. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals keep analytics disabled even when another optional feature is allowed.
Administrator support invitations
When allowed, the support service maintains the visitor session needed for an administrator to offer a conversation. The chat interface remains hidden until a staff invitation is issued. Support invitations can be enabled while analytics remains off. Any information you later provide in a conversation is processed to respond to that interaction.
Change or withdraw your choices
You can open Privacy choices now to review or change the options stored by this browser.
Open Privacy choices from the footer on any page to review the separate switches, reject optional features or save a new choice. Withdrawal stops optional activity on the current page and clears the integration’s browser identifiers. A changed choice may apply fully on your next page; the notice explains when that is needed. The website does not force a reload that would erase an enquiry you are writing.
Browser controls and expiry
Clearing browser storage or reaching the preference expiry means you will be asked again. If your browser prevents the website from saving a preference, optional features remain off. Browser controls can also restrict cookies and storage, although blocking essential sessions may stop account access or the enquiry process from working. Read the privacy notice for the purposes of the information processed.
