Choose a task with a clear review point
Start with a bounded example, such as summarising a support thread or drafting a response from approved material. Define which records the assistant may use and what the output should contain. Ask reviewers to check names, dates, commitments and whether the draft reflects the customer's actual question. Keep the final decision and any message sent to the customer with an accountable person.
Set information boundaries before connecting a model
AI features may involve a separately configured provider and service terms. Agree what information can be sent, who can enable the feature and how access follows the user's role. Do not assume that generated text is accurate simply because it sounds confident. Evaluate useful examples and difficult cases, including missing context or contradictory notes. The implementation should make it easy to decline a suggestion and continue the ordinary workflow.
