Before you startYour account must be allowed to manage installations. Read the trial and pricing information displayed before proceeding.
Follow these steps
- Open Install Pixie CRM Business App within My Apps / Software.
- Enter the application or company name requested by the form.
- Review CRM Foundation, which is included automatically. Search or filter the optional modules and select the ones needed for your workflow.
- Review the selected modules and the information about trial and future pricing.
- Choose Install Pixie CRM Business App once. While installation is in progress, wait for the status to update rather than submitting another installation.
- Return to Installed Apps and launch only after the application and its modules are ready.
Details that matter
Installation and chargesThe installation step does not itself create a charge in this flow. Trial access and the monthly price set by Pixie CRM are separate.
After the trialAccess can pause while pricing or activation is awaiting confirmation. Check the application message and your subscription information.
Additional applicationsUse the installation options available in My Apps / Software. Ask Pixie CRM if your account needs another application or a different allowance.
Common questions
Can I choose modules after installation?
Use Additional Modules to request further functionality, and the installed module controls where permitted.
Why is the install button disabled?
Your permissions or an installation already in progress can prevent another submission.
