Where to goMy Account → Hosting Solutions
Before you startOnly eligible hosting services and domains assigned to your account are available.
Follow these steps
- Open Hosting Solutions and choose the relevant hosting section.
- Find your domain or hosting service and check its status.
- Choose Open Control Panel on the eligible service card.
- Allow the secure handoff to open the panel. If the browser blocks a new tab, follow the same-page fallback offered by the interface.
- Use the controls provided by that hosting panel. Return to My Account for billing, support and other services.

Separate control panelThe hosting panel has its own permitted features. My Account provides the authorised route into it.
Missing serviceCheck the signed-in account and service status before reporting a missing hosting card.
Common questions
Can I open another customer’s hosting?
No. The handoff is limited to eligible services belonging to the account.
Does this launch a VPS workspace?
A VPS service has its own Control Panel action and management tabs. Use the VPS guides for those controls.
