Read bulk results and resume interrupted jobs
Inspect your latest jobs, distinguish failed rows from unfinished rows and recover without repeating successful work.
Where to goSales CRM → Import & export → Recent bulk jobs
Before you start
Use your own authorised staff account in the intended Pixie CRM workspace. The Sales CRM module must be available and your role must include the permissions stated above. Existing leads, customers, communications and customer portal pages retain their normal access rules.
Follow these steps
- Open Import & export and inspect Recent bulk jobs. Select Refresh jobs when checking a request that may still be running.
- Open the relevant job using its action, time, ID and selected count. Read the result for every opportunity.
- For an In progress job, select Resume remaining rows if offered. This processes only rows without an existing receipt.
- For Failed rows, resolve the stated issue, return to Deals, refresh and select the intended failed opportunities again. Create a new preview and job.
- Use Download results to retain a CSV report of the visible job outcomes when required by your own process.
Behavior and limits
- The list shows your latest 20 jobs. Job receipts are private to the staff member who started them; another staff member, including an administrator, cannot resume that private job.
- Updated, Approval requested and Activity added record successful work. Unchanged records a deliberate no-op. Failed records a completed unsuccessful attempt. Not processed identifies a row that still has no receipt.
- Completed with errors means some rows failed; it does not mean successful rows were rolled back.
- Resume never repeats a successful or failed receipt. Failed rows need a new reviewed job after correction.
- Current record access controls visible result details. A record that is no longer accessible has its ID, title and detailed message hidden.
- The UTF-8 CSV includes job, operation, visible opportunity, result, message and processed time. Potential spreadsheet formulas are escaped as literal text.
Check it worked
- After resuming, confirm the job changes to Completed or Completed with errors and no rows remain Not processed.
- Compare the CSV job ID and row results with the visible job.
Troubleshooting
- If a save response was lost, retry the same unchanged review or inspect Recent bulk jobs before starting over. The stable job reference prevents repeat work.
- If Resume is absent, the job is finished or you no longer have the required edit capabilities.
- If the job is not yours, use your own account’s history. An administrator can inspect an accessible opportunity’s normal history rather than assuming ownership of another staff job.
