Schedule activities for selected opportunities
Create one call, meeting, task or email reminder per selected opportunity, or record completed notes.

Before you start
Use your own authorised staff account in the intended Pixie CRM workspace. The Sales CRM module must be available and your role must include the permissions stated above. Existing leads, customers, communications and customer portal pages retain their normal access rules.
Follow these steps
- Select the opportunities that need the same follow-up and choose Add an activity.
- Choose the activity type and enter a clear title, due date and time, and optional notes.
- Use the workspace timezone shown in the form. An email activity is a reminder to prepare or send an email through your normal authorised tools.
- Preview the selected opportunities, acknowledge the review and apply the change.
- Open an opportunity to review its new activity and use the ordinary completion and outcome controls after the work is done.
Behavior and limits
- One new activity is created for each selected accessible opportunity. It belongs to that opportunity’s current owner.
- Call, meeting, task and email activities begin as open reminders. A note is recorded as completed.
- The title supports 200 characters and notes support 10,000. A valid due date and time is required.
- This action does not send email, place calls, invite external attendees or enrol records in a cadence.
- Retrying or resuming the same job cannot duplicate a successfully added activity. Starting a separate new job intentionally creates another activity.
Check it worked
- Confirm the Activity added result and open the opportunity activity list.
- Check type, title, due time, owner and state before completing an activity.
Troubleshooting
- If an owner is no longer eligible, correct ownership through your normal permissions before retrying with a new selection.
- A stale-record error requires a fresh selection and preview; do not assume the reminder was added to the failed row.
- For a network interruption, inspect Recent bulk jobs before starting a separate new activity batch.
