Access Sales CRM in your workspace

Find the native Sales CRM features in existing and new workspaces, understand staff access, and troubleshoot availability.

Audience: authorised staffPermission: An active workspace and existing Sales CRM viewing permission; workspace administrators use their normal administrator accessReviewed 30 October 2026
Where to goSign in to your normal CRM workspace → Sales CRM

Before you start

Use your own authorised staff account in the intended Pixie CRM workspace. The Sales CRM module must be available and your role must include the permissions stated above. Existing leads, customers, communications and customer portal pages retain their normal access rules.

Follow these steps

  1. Open your usual Britixo or Pixie CRM workspace address and sign in with your existing account.
  2. Choose Sales CRM in the native application sidebar. The additions are part of the application; no separate sales account or external application is required.
  3. Use Deals, Forecast & targets, Reports, Sales actions, Import & export, Products & pricing and Sales setup according to your permissions.
  4. In a newly enabled workspace, the first authorized visit initializes that workspace’s empty Sales CRM storage and default pipeline.
  5. Use the Help centre link and the Sales CRM guide category for instructions for each feature.

Behavior and limits

  • Sales CRM is distributed through the native global module registry for existing and future workspaces. It does not depend on adding it separately to each commercial package.
  • Global availability does not share customer records, opportunities, notes, quotations, forecasts, macros or reports between workspaces. Each workspace uses its own database context and table prefix.
  • Existing subscription and sign-in requirements still apply. An expired trial, suspended workspace or invalid subscription must be resolved through the normal account process.
  • Staff roles are not changed automatically. A workspace administrator can assign the required Sales CRM capabilities through the existing role-management process.
  • View own deals and View all deals control record scope. Create, Edit, stage approval, quotation approval, bulk actions and forecast review remain separate capabilities.
  • Workspace or platform module-disable choices remain effective. A disabled feature is not re-enabled by this distribution mechanism.
  • Opening the feature does not import existing leads, customers or opportunities from another workspace. Native linked customer, lead, product and mailbox access is checked where each feature uses it.
  • Private saved definitions and mailbox access stay private. An administrator’s module access does not override another person’s private mailbox membership.

Check it worked

  • Confirm you are signed in to the intended workspace before creating records.
  • Check that Sales CRM appears for your administrator or permitted staff account.
  • In a new workspace, expect an empty opportunity list and a default sales pipeline rather than another workspace’s records.
  • For staff accounts, verify that the visible records and available actions match the assigned role.

Troubleshooting

  • If Sales CRM is missing, refresh after signing in and ask your workspace administrator to check the existing Sales CRM viewing capability and module availability settings.
  • If the entire workspace shows an expired-trial or subscription message, follow the existing account process; granting CRM permissions does not remove that restriction.
  • If your workspace redirects to its branded domain, continue through its normal sign-in route. If Pixie CRM displays Open Pixie CRM through Britixo, sign in to Britixo and open Pixie CRM from the Sister companies menu as instructed by that existing security page.
  • If first access cannot initialize storage, contact support with the workspace address, time and displayed error. Do not copy another workspace’s data or change database prefixes.
  • Some integrations require their existing native module and your access to it. Timeline notes remain usable when a mailbox integration is unavailable.
