Before you start

Use your own authorised staff account in the intended Pixie CRM workspace. The Sales CRM module must be available and your role must include the permissions stated above. Existing leads, customers, communications and customer portal pages retain their normal access rules.

Follow these steps

  1. Choose standard filters for pipeline, stage, opportunity owner, currency, assigned territory, outcome, forecast category, archive state or opportunity-name text.
  2. Open Additional field conditions to add narrower rules. Choose a field, an appropriate comparison and its value.
  3. Choose All conditions when every condition must match, or Any condition when at least one may match.
  4. Use Has a value or Has no value for presence tests. These comparisons do not need a match value.
  5. Preview the report and inspect a matching group before saving. Remove conditions that no longer describe the question.

Behavior and limits

  • All standard filters apply together. Additional conditions are then applied using their selected All or Any mode.
  • Only active public opportunity fields may be used in additional conditions. Administrator-only fields are excluded even when an administrator designs the report.
  • A retired or newly restricted field makes the complete saved report unavailable, including an Any rule that also contains another valid condition. This prevents a hidden condition from leaking data through counts.
  • Text comparisons ignore letter case and preserve accents. Contains treats its input as literal text. Numeric comparisons support up to four decimal places; dates use calendar dates.
  • Missing or empty values match presence tests and do not match ordinary Equals, Does not equal, Contains or range comparisons.
  • Opportunity owner filters apply to the linked opportunity even in an activity report. Grouping activities by Owner uses the activity owner.
  • Assigned territory is the saved classification on an opportunity; it is not a fresh evaluation of every territory rule.

Check it worked

  • Inspect the underlying records and check the selected fields against the conditions.
  • Test a narrower date or owner filter to confirm the intended population before widening it.

Troubleshooting

  • Selecting a stage from another pipeline produces no matches when both filters are applied; choose a compatible pair.
  • A zero result with several filters may be correct because filters combine rather than replace one another.
  • An unavailable-field error requires editing the report to remove or replace that field; it does not grant permission to see restricted values.
