Where to goSales CRM → Reports

Before you start

Use your own authorised staff account in the intended Pixie CRM workspace. The Sales CRM module must be available and your role must include the permissions stated above. Existing leads, customers, communications and customer portal pages retain their normal access rules.

Follow these steps

  1. Choose the date range, pipeline, owner and currency, then select Update reports. Use a period of up to 367 calendar days.
  2. Read Closed-deal conversion for won and lost counts, win rate, deal values and average sales-cycle length.
  3. Read Current stage age to identify open stages with long dwell times. This panel is a current snapshot independent of the date range.
  4. Review Loss reasons for the 50 most frequent reasons recorded on lost deals within the selected period.
  5. Review Activity outcomes for calls, meetings, tasks, email reminders and notes due within the selected period.

Behavior and limits

  • Closed-deal reports use the actual date the deal most recently entered its current Won or Lost stage, not its expected close date. Reopened deals leave the closed-deal report.
  • Win rate is won deal count divided by won plus lost deal count, multiplied by 100. Open deals are excluded.
  • Average sales cycle measures whole days from deal creation to the current closing event, weighted by the number of deals in each group.
  • Stage age measures whole days since the latest stage change for currently open deals.
  • Activity reports use scheduled due dates and current state/outcome. Overdue means the item is still open and its due time has passed now.
  • Reports exclude archived deals, respect current deal access and keep currency groups separate. They do not measure invoice payments.
  • The owner filter applies to the current deal owner; activity rows retain their recorded activity owner.

Check it worked

  • Compare a known won deal’s history closing date with the selected period.
  • Check that each currency has its own group and that an owner-only account sees only accessible deals.

Troubleshooting

  • An empty closed-deal report can be correct even when the forecast contains opportunities; the reports use different dates and states.
  • If an activity appears under a previous owner, check whether it was completed before reassignment.
  • Changes made after the report loaded require Update reports to refresh the displayed results.
