Review macro results and resume interrupted runs
Inspect per-opportunity outcomes, recover unprocessed work and export your execution results without duplicating completed actions.
Where to goSales CRM → Sales actions → Recent macro runs
Before you start
Use your own authorised staff account in the intended Pixie CRM workspace. The Sales CRM module must be available and your role must include the permissions stated above. Existing leads, customers, communications and customer portal pages retain their normal access rules.
Follow these steps
- Open Sales actions and locate the run under Recent macro runs.
- Open it to inspect the definition version, original base time and each opportunity’s result.
- If the run is still in progress and Resume remaining opportunities is available, select it to process only unprocessed records.
- For failed rows, resolve the stated cause, then create a fresh selection and preview using current records.
- Choose Download results to export the visible per-opportunity results as CSV.
Behavior and limits
- Recent macro runs shows your latest 20 runs. A run is private to the staff member who started it; another administrator cannot read that execution through this interface.
- A completed receipt prevents an applied or unchanged opportunity from running again during retry or resume. Failed rows also remain recorded and are not automatically retried.
- A completed-with-errors run can include both successful and failed opportunities. Successful changes remain in place; the result does not mean the entire run was rolled back.
- Resume uses the reviewed action plan and original dates. The macro must still be accessible, active and at the same version for each unprocessed opportunity.
- Editing, retiring or withdrawing sharing from the definition can prevent unfinished work from running. Review the current definition and start a new run for the remaining records when appropriate.
- The current record revision and permissions are checked before each unprocessed opportunity. A reassigned or otherwise inaccessible record is masked in result details.
- The export contains the run, definition version, base time, visible opportunity, result, message and processing time. Spreadsheet-formula prefixes are safely quoted.
- Starting a new run with the same macro is a new business action and can create additional reminders. Check history before deliberately repeating a routine.
Check it worked
- Confirm each selected opportunity has a result or remains explicitly unprocessed.
- After resume, verify completed rows were not repeated and the remaining rows now have outcomes.
- Inspect the downloaded results using the current access scope.
Troubleshooting
- If Resume is unavailable, the run may already be complete or your Edit/bulk permissions may have changed.
- If a definition-version or availability error occurs, inspect the current macro before selecting failed records for a new run.
- If an opportunity is masked, use the normal record-access process; run history does not grant access.
- After a connection error, open history first. Do not assume that no records were processed.
