Export the loaded sales reports to CSV
Download the currently displayed report results with dates, section labels and clear metric descriptions.
Where to goSales CRM → Reports → Update reports → Export report CSV
Before you start
Use your own authorised staff account in the intended Pixie CRM workspace. The Sales CRM module must be available and your role must include the permissions stated above. Existing leads, customers, communications and customer portal pages retain their normal access rules.
Follow these steps
- Choose the intended report dates and filters and select Update reports.
- Review the displayed results to confirm the scope and currency groups.
- Select Export report CSV. Open the downloaded sales-crm-report file in your spreadsheet application.
- Read the period and generation timestamp, then the labelled conversion, stage-age, loss-reason and activity sections.
Behavior and limits
- Export uses the currently loaded report, not unsaved changes to filter controls. Update reports after changing a filter.
- The download contains aggregate report rows, not a full customer database or deal import template.
- Dates and generated timestamp are included. Currency groups are preserved and never converted or combined.
- CSV text that could be interpreted as a spreadsheet formula is prefixed as literal text. This may display a leading apostrophe in a plain-text viewer.
- The export includes only information already returned through your current Sales CRM record permissions.
Check it worked
- Check the filename and first row match the loaded report dates.
- Compare a won count and value in the CSV against the visible report before sharing it.
Troubleshooting
- If no report has loaded, wait for results or resolve the reported date/access issue before exporting.
- If a spreadsheet opens everything in one column, import as UTF-8 CSV with a comma delimiter and double-quote text qualifier.
- If filters were changed after loading, select Update reports and download again.
