Inspect and export win cohort records

Drill into eligible opportunities, navigate record pages and export cohort summaries or all matching opportunities.

Where to goSales CRM → Reports → Win cohorts → Month or rate → Export controls

Before you start

Use your own authorised staff account in the intended Pixie CRM workspace. The Sales CRM module must be available and your role must include the permissions stated above. Existing leads, customers, communications and customer portal pages retain their normal access rules.

Follow these steps

  1. Run the report using the intended creation-date and optional filters.
  2. Select a month name for all records in that cohort, or a rate for records eligible for that time window.
  3. Use Previous cohort records and Next cohort records to inspect pages of 50.
  4. Select an opportunity title to open its normal detail view, which checks current record access.
  5. Choose Export cohort summary for one row per creation month and time window.
  6. Choose Export all matching opportunities for every opportunity in the last successful report, including other months, maturing records and rows on other display pages.

Behavior and limits

  • The summary export includes creation month, cohort size, current outcome counts, invalid-date win count, window days, eligible count, timed wins, maturing count and percentage. A window without eligible records is labelled Not eligible yet.
  • The matching-opportunity export includes ID, title, pipeline, owner, currency, creation month/date, current outcome, current actual close timestamp, age, days to win and win-date status.
  • Both exports include the selected creation range, observation date, generation time, optional filter labels, matching count and scope explanation.
  • Exports use the whole loaded report up to its 1,000-record limit. A selected cell or display page does not narrow the all-matching export.
  • Changing filters removes stale exports until another report succeeds. Exports do not fetch data in the background or grant access to additional records.
  • Formula-like text is escaped by the CRM CSV exporter. Private custom fields, customer contact details and monetary values are not part of these exports.
  • A successful empty report can export metadata and column headings. A failed or oversized report has no partial export.
  • An export describes the loaded report at its observation and generation times. Refresh before exporting again if records or access have changed.

Check it worked

  • Check the export metadata before using its rates.
  • Confirm the opportunity export count matches Matching opportunities rather than the current page or selected cell.
  • Check the eligible denominator in the summary file when calculating percentages.
  • Keep blank days-to-win values distinct from a legitimate same-day value of zero.

Troubleshooting

  • If export buttons are absent, run the report successfully first.
  • If an opportunity cannot be opened, its current access or state may have changed since the report loaded.
  • If a spreadsheet changes date formatting or identifiers, import with suitable text and date settings.
  • For more than 1,000 records, run narrower, clearly labelled reports; do not average their displayed percentages without accounting for denominators.
  • A month with 56 eligible opportunities shows two drill-through pages; the all-matching export still includes all loaded records.
