Pixie CRM module guide
Electronic Invoicing
Use Electronic Invoicing as part of a Pixie CRM workflow. This reference explains how to confirm availability, open the capability safely and verify the result before wider use.
Where to startSetup → Modules → Electronic Invoicing
Availability firstAvailability can vary by workspace, subscription and staff role. Confirm the capability is enabled and that your role is authorised before changing configuration or moving live data.
Set up and verify
- Open Setup → Modules in Pixie CRM and confirm that Electronic Invoicing is available for your workspace.
- If the capability is disabled, only enable it when your role and subscription permit the change. Otherwise ask a Pixie CRM administrator to review access.
- Return to the main navigation and open the Electronic Invoicing area exposed by the module after activation.
- Review module-specific permissions, defaults, statuses and any dependent settings before creating or changing live records.
- Complete one controlled test using non-sensitive or low-risk data so you can see how the module behaves in your workspace.
- Reopen the resulting record, activity history, document or status and verify that Pixie CRM recorded the outcome correctly before wider rollout.
Checks before wider use
- Module is enabled only for the intended workspace.
- Staff permissions match the work users actually need to perform.
- Default statuses, notifications and client-visible behaviour have been reviewed.
- A controlled test has been verified before production use.
Keep configuration controlled.Use authorised credentials and least-privilege permissions. Test with low-risk data first, preserve audit evidence and never expose secrets in notes or tickets.
